We ship worldwide from our Paris atelier. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, carefully wrapped in our signature muslin packaging. Standard delivery takes 5–7 days; express options are available at checkout.

We accept returns on unopened, sealed bottles within 14 days of delivery. As fragrance is an intimate experience, opened bottles may not be returned — but we're happy to offer a complimentary exchange on your next order.

Our atelier offers private bespoke consultations for clients seeking a truly personal composition. Each bespoke journey begins with a 90-minute session with our master perfumer. Contact us to arrange yours.

Every raw material is single-origin and traceable. Our oud comes from sustainably managed agarwood forests in Cambodia; our rose absolute from the valley of Taif in Saudi Arabia. We publish full sourcing notes with every collection.
